In this 1 hour webinar, Halie Bruce of Cedar & Sage Law, who conducted a legal review of the Guide, will explain how the Guide can be used to help an accused person gather background information in preparation for Gladue submissions and how to organize those submissions for the court. We will also look at the difference between Gladue submissions and a Gladue Report and Joleen Steininger, Gladue Coordinator with LSS, will explain the process for obtaining funding for a Gladue report through LSS.
