Please note that the copyright restrictions for use of online images are more generous for educational use than they are for professional use. For example, a student class presentation or a faculty PowerPoint requires a citation to use an image but usually no specific permission, as long as it's used for instructional purposes in your classroom (including virtual classrooms and the class Moodle site).
If you want to use the same image on a clinic website, for example, you would probably need permission from the copyright-holder and possibly to pay them a licensing fee, depending on their license terms.
