EDI Impact Assessment Tool
The EDI Impact Assessment Tool is a product of the VCC EDI Committee and serves as support to College Actors embarking on a new, or revision of an old, initiative, program, service, policy, etc. to suss-out whether the work/final product incorporates equity considerations. The Tool takes a ‘living tree’ doctrine approach. It is not meant to be a finished or comprehensive instrument, but rather, to ensure that dialogue and deliberation over equity barriers take place when looking to launch or re-launch initiatives, programs, services, policies, etc. Should you have feedback on the Tool or wish to add to it, please connect with the VCC EDI Committee Chairs Reba Noel and Shantel Ivits.

UBC's Activating Inclusion Toolkit
The Activating Inclusion Toolkit supports departments across UBC in incorporating equity, diversity, and inclusion into their strategic planning, priority initiatives, and systems and structures more broadly. Tools, guides and process can be easily adapted to VCC departments.
Learning for Justice
Free resources to educators—teachers, administrators, counselors and other practitioners—who work with children from kindergarten through high school. The materials provided help to create inclusive school communities where children and youth are respected, valued and welcome participants.

WISEST (Women in Scholarship, Engineering, Science and Technology) promotes equity, diversity and inclusion for women and gender minorities in STEM fields.
